Saturday is Leg Day!

Got there early, warmed up 10 minutes, got weighed in and comped..all good. I hit my first major 90 day goal today!!!! A day early - I had an April first Goal weight and I hit it this morning! Rock On!
My hip was pinching , so we did some dropsets instead of going as heavy as we have been, still feeeling it :)
Quads and abs
leg ext 100X12, 120X10, dropset 140X8, 100X8, 80X8
leg press 270x15, 360X10, Dropset 360X8, 270X8, 180X8
smith squats 70X12, 80X10, 90X8
shawn squats 3 sets of 20 with a 10 second hold on the last rep of the last set
ball pass 3 sets 12
NO CARDIO TODAY!!!!! :0
I will post my food later, nothing too exciting, pretty much chicken all day :)
