Saturday and still on track!

Saturday December 3rd
Woke up not very hungry again.
Water with lemon and cider vinegar. Coffee, splenda.
Banana
Late breakfast -
Made a big family-size omelet with eggs, egg substitute, diced baby pit ham and reduced fat co-jack.
Also made lower-fat ‘cream cheese croissants’ with red. Fat crescent rolls, ricotta cheese, SF pudding mix and all-fruit blueberry spread for filling (really tasty!).
Out shopping - stopped and had a diet coke, grilled chicken salad with avocado and pico de gallo for dressing..
Ate the last of the ‘cream cheese’ crescent roll creations (one was leftover)
Dinner - roasted lemon pepper chicken
Turnips, parsnips and golden potatoes (roasted), olive oil spread
Skim milk
Hungry before bed - made a treat :
Small bowl ff ricotta cheese, three tsp of General mills SF French vanilla café, blend well. Tasty!
A good day, feeling very rebellious at dinner, overate chicken and had generous amount of olive oil spread.
