Saturday - and Measurements!

Well - this morning (Sunday) I had my hubby do my measurements and I am quite pleaseed - Since Januray 7th I have lost 6.5 pounds and 6 inches total. Sinco October 8th I have lost 32 pounds! and 20.5 inches! Some highlights today - my biceps actualy injcreased! My lean mass increased slightly and my bodyfat is down 2.2% since January! I am very excited and I guess I won't grumble about all that cardio (at least for a few days) anymore. :)

ARMS with Brian
Close-grip bench 70X12, 90X12, 110XDropset

Incline dumbell curls, Brian style, 3 sets 15'sX13
Standing Ezbar curl 35.5X12, 45.5X10, 55.5X8
AM cardio - 30 minute variety program on precor elliptical
1 hour fencing class
Pm cardio - 30 minutes recumbent bike, low intensity
Saturday food:

isopure in crystal lite
banana
coffee, skim milk (maybe 1oz)

2 scoops isopure
>30g mixed carbohydrate
BCAA's, antioxidant, glutamine
crystal lite (new flavor - cherry pomegranate - the bomb!)
11:00
1/2c rice
1/2c Calssico triple mushroom
2 1/2 muscle-up meatballs
sprinkle parmesan
2:45
4 oz burger (extra lean ground beef)
salsa
small potato (reheated oven fries)
4:15 - hungry, not meal time
broccoli, sugar snap peas and carrot chips
Wf honey dijon dressing
diet coke
7:15 - We went out to eat at a Middle Eastern restaurant where they have a Belly Dancer, pretty cool!
1 falafel patty, 1 stuffed grape leaf (beef, rice, spices)
1/2 a pita, hummus, baba ghanouj
1/2c rice, lamb kebab, onion, tomato, lettuce, tahini dressing
(cardio)
No snack (all those extra carbs at dinner, I guess)
Things I did right today:
1) Second set of cardio at 9:30pm..really didn't want to, but proud I did it.
2) Got us all out of the house to go see the Belly Dancer, socialized, sober, and had a great time!
