Okay - rededicated!

Okay - sat down today and refigured my eating plan - looking forward to cardio and lifting tomorrow!
Here is my revised eating plan!
My current goal is to lose fat while maintaining mass. I have been following this ratio loosely, but am going to tighten it up a bit now.
This is 50/20/30 pro/cho/fat with an allowance of 2,000 calories (I have been averaging 1800 - 2000 and losing weight). I do not count my fibrous vegetables towards my daily ratios - that is part of the challenge guidelines, a free ride on fibrous vegetables.
