Okay, maybe I did fall off the face of the earth....

Adjusting to as new schedule and setting new goals. I am going to compete again in a year. Getting back to early morning workouts...trying not to get obsessive about food (yet).

Monday
Up at 4:45am, had a bowl of Kashi Go Lean crunch with Isopure instead of milk, coffee.

6am -7am Worked out

Squats/seated cable row
Supine hip extensions/db push presses
rotational lunges/swiss ball crunches

extremely nauseuos and feeling overheated. Lay down for a while and fell back asleep....

9:30 1 egg, 3 whites onion, spinach, mushrooms and fat-free cheese (omelette)


12:30-1:00ish chcken breast, noodles, smart balance (a little on the noodles), chili garlic sauce and spinach. Small meal, stomach still feeling off.

3:00 pecans and craisins

5:30 grilled cheese on health nut bread, tomato soup


8pm 1/2 a melon (craving sweets)
