I am back. Tentative, but back.
My feet are improving, I can do cardio in the morning and not be crippled at the end of the day. Definite life improvement there.
Last week - lifted Wednesday/Friday, cardio Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday.
Eating really clean, weight starting to drop. Wondering how buff I could be by September 29th.. Might make the Olympia in Las Vegas a motivator.
Monday this week:
Triple set (after warm-up)(two times through)
5 reps each SLDL >bent-over rows>front squat EZ-curl+20lbs
Superset twice through
step-ups 15 reps, 15#db's
low cable row 12 reps, slow tempo 50#
Superset twice through
swissball hamstring curls
incline db press 20's, then 25's
superset twice through
static lunges 12 reps 15's
swissball crunches 15 reps
seems kind of wimpy, but played wth tempo and worked the muscles. My legs are becoming more functional - lunges are not as wierd and twingy as they were before.
Tuesday carduio in the am - 45 minutes steady state, low heart rate range
