Had a minor surgery on Thursday morning. On pain meds....today I walked to the library - whoo. Will resume routine Monday :) lol - one of the things the anesthesilogist asks before surgery is "can you wak as far as you want and can you climb a flight of stairs without any problems?" didn't bother to ask if he meant after leg day or not, just laughed and said 'oh yeah'...i can sprint those stairs!!!!! and the machines kept saying i was crashing because my resting heartrate is so low :p
