New Routine! day one :)

Chest (next week will include calves on this day, too)

All supersets are no rest until last set..I kept all rest under 1 min, close to 30 sec...this killed me, lol. I had to go wayyyy down on my usual weight used. Humble Pie.

Smith incline push-ups 15, 15, 25 (burnout set)
