Monday...3/26/07 Still Recovering But Couldn't Stay Away
Well I am still on the mend, but had been literally driven crazy sitting at home, doing nothing at all so I went and worked out. Didn't really do much, but what I did do wore me out. Here is the deal....
Didn't really follow the plan but tried to implement upper and lower since I won't be working out again until Wednesday.
5 minute warmup stationary bike - manual setting
30 pushups (knees, straight leg, incline 10 each)
Barbell Squats - 15x40/12x50/10x60/8x70
DB Lunges - 12x30/10x40/8x40
DB Presses - 12x20/10x20/8x20 (didn't move up in weight)
DB Flyes - 12x20/10x20/8x20 (didn't move up in weight)
DB Rows - 12x30/10x30/8x30 (didn't move up in weight)
15 minutes HIIT on treadmill
As you can tell I started diminishing towards the end...LOL
