5:30am isopure in crystal lite Oj, banana
6:15 workout:
squats/pull-downs
lying hip extension/push presses
rotational lunges/swiss ball crunches
7:50 PWO shake
10am 1 egg, 4 egg whites, FF cheese, pineaplle salsa in flax roll up.
2pm turkey, red onion and guacamole on health nut bread, cucuber slices
really exhausted all of a sudden....
6:45 1 ear corn on the cob, smart balance, asparagus, 2 turkey brats.
craving sweets.... had 4 mini extra drak chocolate bars and a mini twix... oh well, think of it as a cheat.
