5:30 am syntraz nectar 1 scoop

6am 25 min random hills program on recumbent bike

7am
1 egg, 3 whites, leftover zucchini and musrooms and onions
1/4c steel cut oats, 1 tbsb sf syrup

10am
1 scoop syntrax cappucino flavor/1 scoop choc. isopure
1/4c walnuts, 1 medium apple

12:15
1/2c rice, 1c broccoli w/tsp olive oil and garlic/hot salt
1 Not Your Mother's meatloaf, 2 tbsp salsa

missed my 3:00 meal (at chiro, stuck in traffic, failure to plan)

6:15pm
tilapia fillet, poached with a little Walden farms Asian Marinade, green beans, steamed, 1/4c rice, 2 tsp olive oil, garlic and a little soy sauce

8:15pm 1 1/2 scoops isopure, 1/4c almonds

So - a few things today.
Good first - Isopure and syntrax cappucino, mixed with very warm water - really good! Tilapia poached with asian marindae - really good and my daughter ate it, too!
Met my new chiropractor today, really like him, very dwon-to-earth and had a good adjustment.

The Bad - New chiro wants me to step back and start from scratch with my lifting routine, he doesn't think I rebuilt my base enough before jumping into the current routine, hence my illness and muscle pain, etc.

The Ugly - The chiro's advice has me pretty depressed this morning. I don't want to go back..but I know I will have to. I guess my challenge workout days are done for now, maybe in a few months, when I am more functional again I will do the challenge routine again.

So, that is where I stand right now. Blah.
