Am Cardio 30 minutes random program level 7 on elliptical

Chest and calves today:
Incline db press 40X12, 45X10, 50X9
Incline bb press 100X12, 110X8, 110X8 why so sucky? Dunno.
flat flyes 25X12, 30X10, 35X8
smith standing calf raise 90X12, 100X12, 110X10
no seated calf raise today - quads too sore to push pads up...

I still have to do the pm cardio - going to ride the recumbent bike for 1/2 hour..

Food so far:
7:30 am
1/2c oats (oats, wonderful oats)
tsp smart balance/brown sugar twin
2 scoops whey in crystal lite w/2 tsp Udo's oil

10:50
1/2c brown rice
5 oz chicken

1:45 PWO shake

5:15
5 oz extra lean burger
1/4c salsa
6 oz baked potato (mmm potato)

Around 8 I will have 2 eggs, 4 egg whites and 1 tbsp Udo's.

I am only getting in 5 of six meals, I need to figure this out better...

Things I did RIGHT today:
1) AM cardio!
2) Lifted!
3) Took the dogs to the dog park and walked!
4) Napped :)
5) Ate clean!
