Started tracking my intake more closely and trying to get more calories/protein in. My original intention was to have 3 days at 2,500 calories and 1 day higher...that is too much food! I ate as much as I could yesterday and got in 2,150 (or close). I think I will make 2,100 - 2,200 my high day amount and aim for 1,800 on the three low days.
Here is what a high day looked like: (I didn't even eat a 6th meal because I was too stuffed)
5:30am 1/2c scottish oats, 1/2 tsp splenda/brown sugar,1 scoop isopure, 1/2 tsp butter, 1 medium apple.
I had to push my workout to 8am because i was too full!
8am - 9am workout:
Front squats/wide cable row
lying hip extension with leg curl/barbell pushpress
dynamic lunges/upper body russin twist
9:15 PWO shake 50g pro 25g CHO, crystal lite
12:30/1:00 1c lima beans, 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2c rice
2c romaine lettuce, 1/2c cucumber slices and red onion, tbsp green goddess
snack 3:15 1 apple, 24 corn chips (a serving on the package info), 1 can tuna 1/2 tbsp mayo and mustard
6:15 2 tilapia fillets
ratatouille (homemade) about 1 1/2cups
So. Tuesday I am going to scale back the carbs, increase the veggies and keep the protein up.
