Monday..

Couldn't get into my workout this morning - lots if interruptions and I was rushing because we had to be ready for an 'interview' which had me distracted. My knees finally felt warmed up on the last set of the squats :&lt;

Anyhow, i did my workout and that is what counts.

Oh, took meaurements this morning, too. I have lost 2 pounds of fat this past week. that is 5 pounds total in the past 15 days, not too shabby. I have been doing bodycomp and measurements with my hubby every Monday morning. That in itself has kept us both on track on the weekend, knowing we have to weigh in on monday morning...





Triple set 5 reps each exercise continuous
deadlift&gt;high pull (upright row from deadlift)&gt;push press
ez-curl +30# both sets

reverse lunges 15#X12, 15#X12
wide pull-down 60#X15, 60#X15

superset 2

lateral raise, bent arms, 12#X12, 12#X12

superset 3
romanian deadlift ez-curl+30#, +30#
close-grip bench 95#X12, 95#X12
