10 minute warm-up on elliptical
Deadlifts 1 set of 15, 1 set of 12, 2 sets of 10
Single arm band low row 1 set 15, 2 sets 12
Worked crunches inbetween sets, did 3 sets of 15, then realized I was supposed to be doing sets of 25 so I did a make-up set of 30.
seated db presses 2 sets of 12, 2 sets of 10
Lateral raises w/bands 4 sets of 12
worked seated twists inbetween - 3 sets of 25
Standing barbell curls 2 sets of 12, 2 sets of 10
worked 3 sets of leg raises inbetween bb curls
seated band bicep curls 4 sets of 12 reps.
Good workout!
I also shoveled today!
