1/4c steel cut oats, raisins ,maple syrup, cinnamon
Coffee, splenda
10am
2 slices whole wheat bread with natty peanut butter,
Glass of skim milk
Cleaned the cupboards and pantry out! Taking the undesirables to a food shelf near here. I feel really good and motivated by that action!

Leftover tandoori chicken breast
½ an avocado
Decaf coffee, splenda
2:30 EAS double chocolate crisp carb control bar (tastes like a treat!)
7:00pm
roasted chicken, rice, asparagus with olive oil spread
Skim milk
All-in-all a decent day, probably low on calories.
