Upper Body volume again, really tired. it has been really hot and muggy and that makes it hard to breath (asthma). I thought to escape it by heading to the gym - hot and muggy there, too.
Warmed up walking on the track.
Up the rack, supersetting flat DB press w/a twist and Bent-over DB rows:
8'sX24, 10X22, 12X20, 15X18, 20X16, 25X14, 30X12, 35X10
Cable crossovers (trying out the new cybex mutliangle cable stand) 3 sets of 10 on 4 setting
Lat pull down on swiss ball, using cybex : 10 reps on 5, 2 sets of 10 on 6
Compound set of shoulder press to bicep curl to overhead extensions:
12 reps each with 12's, 10 reps each with 15's, shoulder press 10 reps with 20, bicep curl 8 reps with 20, overhead extension 6 reps with 20's
cooled down walking and stretched...
Food for Monday:
7:00 1c kashi go lean, 1c skim milk, 1/2c strawberries
1 egg, 2 whites
coffee, splenda
10:00 strawberry medi-fast shake (2 packets)
12:00 chicken breast (on the run)
worked out at 1:15, forgot my shake (hurrying around, not planning well)
2;45 labrada Lean body bar (in lieu of shake)
6:00 chicken breast
mashed potatos made with olive oil and skim milk
1 ear of corn
