Lower body basics

Warm-up recumbent bike 6 minutes
Two rounds of each synergy set.

Synergy set 1:

wide squats, 10 reps
quarterback stretch 5 breaths

Synergy set 2:

Drop lunge 10 reps per leg
lunge stretch 5 breaths

Synergy set 3:

Lying abductor raises 15 reps
abductor stretch 5 breaths
lying adductor raises 15 reps
lying cobbler stretch 5 breaths
knees to chest stretch 5 breaths.

I can tell I have a ways to go - this workout made me sweat!

But it feels so good to be moving again!
