the knee was really hurting today after this workout. i'm afraid i might have to back off again:(

hack squats:
10 x 180, 6 x 200, 8 x 200, 8 x 200

sldeadlifts:
12 x 135, 6 x 185, 10 x 135, 10 x 135

quad extensions:
12 x 105, 10 x 112.5, 10 x 120, 8 x 127.5

glute kicks:
15 x 40, 15 x 50, 12 x 60

standing calf-raises:
15 x 135, 15 x 155, 10 x 175, 10 x 175

i'm starting to think i might not be able to do the squats part of the challenge. not good. i hate not being able to go full into everything. grrrr.
