legs, program over...

today was the last day of my ft program. it was hard to get to the gym today, and then i felt a little weak in my lifts. i'm starting to feel a burnout so i'm going to go easy this week.
3 x 20 x 10 (really feeling no strength here. my legs were toast.)
i don't want to take the entire week off, so i might do some circuit training and light running, but i'm definitely resting tomorrow.
