I definitely felt all the extra cardio in my legs today. Got up and did 45 minutes elliptical at 5AM..

No kickboxing today..

wallsits 3 sets 30 sec hold

leg press 360X12, 450X10, drop 540X8/450X8/360X8/270X8/180X8
shawn squats 3 sets 15

step ups 3 sets 12/per leg with 20's
leg extensions...more leg extensions???????? 2 sets straight and a dropset, i didnt want to know the weight.
