legs

i have weak quads. there, i said it. i'm going to focus my next strength cycle on quad development so i can get my lousy squat up. for the next couple of weeks i'm going to go light with my legs and really concentrate on form so i can make better gains.
squats:
12 x 85, 12 x 95, 2 x 10 x 100
sl deadlifts:
2 x 12 x 115, 2 x 10 x 125
quad extensions:
2 x 12 x 75, 2 x 10 x 75
seated incline calf raises:
2 x 12 x 150, 2 x 12 x 170
i thought i was going to have to crawl out of the gym. my quads were feeling gelatinous.
