5 min. warmup on treadmill

bb lunges:
15 x 85, 10 x 85

hamstring curls:
15 x 70, 15 x 70

bb sl deadlifts:
15 x 115, 15 x 135

machine standing calf raises:
4 x 12 x 175

my dad came up in the middle of my workout and had me show him how to use the machines at the gym. i'm glad he's actually going to use the gym membership since i'm the one that's been paying for it for 5 months. what makes me mad is this: the reason he hasn't been going is that the trainer he started off with worked with him for 4 sessions, but didn't teach him anything so that he would have to keep buying more sessions...my dad isn't the type to do that, so instead he just stopped going. now i'm going to make him a 3-day split and see how that goes.
