tried to rest the groin for a little while before getting back into legs...i'm not really sure how much the bar weighed on the smith machine, but its whatever.

narrow stance squats on smith machine:
12 x 50 + bar, 10 x 70 + bar, 8 x 90 + bar, 8 x 90 + bar

bb lunges:
3 x 10 x 65 (these were really straining the knees. not pretty.)

sl deadlifts:
4 x 10 x 75

super-horizontal calf raises:
3 x 20 x 180

i'm really not feeling well on top of everything else. i worked 9 ot hours yesterday for the god-forsaken elections and i've been having serious low-blood pressure issues for the past 5 days. i actually came close to passing out at the texans game sunday it was so bad. i don't feel comfortable not working out or going to work though, so i guess i just need to up my electrolyte intake.
