legs were pretty boring today. i actually did the ft workout, which i haven't done in forever. i started having too much fun making my own programs. anyway, this is what i did...

bb lunges:
2 x 15 x 85

lying ham curls:
2 x 15 x 75

sl deadlifts:
2 x 15 x 115

weird calf raises that weren't on my ft plan:
3 x 20 x 230

now i know why i started making my own programs - i got bored with this and didn't feel like i really did anything afterward. i'm hoping my ass will be sore tomorrow. i am still trying to make it big.
