Leg Day!!!

Yesterday I did tae bo for cardio.

Today i had an awesome leg workout, legs and shoulders, actually. I was not enthused about doing legs because my legs have been so dysfunctionla for so long, but once I warmed up and got into it, it felt great!

BB Squats

heavy sets 130X6, 130X6 felt really good!

Deadlifts

seated calf raise
warm-up 70X8

seated db shoulder press

mod heavy 25X8
heavy sets 30X6 30X6

db lateral raises

2 heavy sets 15X6, 20X6 a little swingy

swiss ball crunches
