late-night running

i had a really shitty night, so i went to the gym and ran on the treadmill. i did this instead of going to the store and buying cookie dough, so i'm really proud of myself.
• warmup
5 min @ 4mph

8.5 min @ 6mph/flat
10 min @ 6mph/incline varying between 1.5-4.5
5.5 min @ 6mph/flat
5 min @ 6mph/incline varying between 2.5-4.5
30 sec @ 7mph/flat
30 sec @ 8mph/flat
• cooldown
1 min @ 4.5mph
1 min @ 4mph
1 min @ 3.5mph
1 min @ 3mph
1 min @ 2.5 mph
i did 4 x 20 crunches — i did them very slowly so i really felt it.
then i wanted to see if i could still do unassisted chins, so i gave that a shot and i did 3, probably could've done 4, but i was doing them underhanded. i don't know if i could've done that many with an overhand grip. oh well. not bad for 1 in the morning.
