i'm back, but don't tell anyone...

i have been severely depressed for the past six months. i had only worked out once since july, but i went to the gym today, then to whole foods. i also walked everywhere. i feel like a cloud is lifting. it's nice to do something for yourself. bad news is, i have lost about 35% of my strength. not good.

2 x 12 x 80, 2 x 10 x 80

• seated rows:
2 x 12 x 62, 2 x 10 x 62

biceps

• incline db curls:
2 x 12 x 15s, 2 x 10 x 15s

• standing bb curls:
12 x 35, 2 x 10 x 35, 8 x 35

triceps

• reverse cable pushdowns:
12 x 60, 12 x 70, 2 x 10 x 80

• angle bar pushdowns:
2 x 12 x 70, 2 x 10 x 60

abs: (going into this very slowly)

• crunches
4 x 15

it was light, but it felt good. i am pretty skinny right now, but it doesn't look good.
