I actually did an 8-week cross training program but got busy and didn't enter the workouts. did them, though!
New 3 month program "Rock Hard Challenge"
Let me just say "I love this workout routine already!!!!"
Lower reps, shorter workouts but still intense!
Monday! Chest and Quads
Barbell incline press 65lbsX12, 75X10, 95X8, 100X6, 115X5
Barbell squats 65x12, 75X10, 85X8, 95X6, 105X5 (should have gone heavier)
Flatbench Db press 30X10, 35X10, 35x10 compound set with
Flat DB flyes 20X10, 20X10, 20X10
DB lunges 15X12, 15X12, 15X12 compound set with
Leg extensions 30X12, 30X12, 30x12
25 minutes interval on elliptical (FUN!)
stretched, ahhhh. It is good to back to a heavier split routine!!!!
