it was a little harder today than it was saturday — not that saturday was easy — but halfway through my foot started hurting among other things. even so, i pushed through and finished it. i'm thinking of switching it up next time, but i have to do some research first.

p.s. scales lie. i am leaner than i have been in quite some time and i weigh more than i have since may 2003. i asked my girlfriend to look at me and tell me how much she thought i weighed. she said 164. the scale said 183...actually today it said 179, but it fluctuates. i need a tape measure.
