Here comes the weekend

I floundered all week - using pain as an excuse not to work out. the PT told me I overdid the cardio, it tightened everything up again..
I am taking the wekend to readjust my thinking and generate some motivation and then Monday I am starting a ft upper body focused program.
I need to stop choosing my limitations and start breaking through barriers.
