good stuff for the arms today

i'm feeling the burn after today's workout. i tried to push myself today because i don't know how much i'm going to get to work out this weekend...

skull crushers:
12 x 55, 10 x 65, 6 x 75, 6 x 75

close-grip presses:
12 x 75, 10 x 80, 6 x 85, 6 x 85

reverse-grip cable pushdowns:
10 x 80, 8 x 85, 6 x 90, 6 x 90

static curls:
(breakdown = 8 isolation each arm, 8 together for each set of 16)
16 x 12.5, 16 x 15, 16 x 15

ez-bar curls:
10 x 45, 8 x 50, 6 x 55, 6 x 65

hammer curls:
10 x 17.5, 8 x 22.5, 6 x 27.5, 6 x 27.5

i didn't feel like doing much for the abs today so i just did 3 sets of 20 at 60lbs on the plate-loaded ab crunch machine. plus my arms were really tired and i wanted to hurry up and drink my shake.
