on the good side, my weekend was spectacular. on the bad side, i totally killed my knee playing basketball this morning. everything was made well by going to hooters afterward, but i am now a little swollen and limpy. ouch. i will be back doing weights tuesday i suppose, but there will be no leg work. :-(
