Friday, week 3!

Had an active day!
5:30 shake - oatmeal, isopure, peaches, water
6:30 - 7:30 workout
squats/seated rows
lying hip extension/push presses
rotational lunges/crunches
7:35 PWO SHAKE
10:30 multi-grain wrap, turkey cutlets, lettuce, smart balance mayo, 1/2 a large cucumber
hiking at state park - uphill most of the time! and we finished by climbing up all those stairs to the parking lot, uff-da!
2:00 tuna and kidney bean salad, guacamole.
5:00 3 coconut shrimp, buffalo-style chicken tenders, celery and blue cheese.
New castle Brown Ale (end of 1st lifting cycle, a little celebration before the next one starts...)
reduced fat ritz crackers, microwave popcorn, extra dark chocolate...mixed nuts..guess i made up for all the extra activity!
