Friday - the Hubby's birthday weekend begins...

It will be a trial kind of weekend, so far I am doing really well..but everytime i turn around there is cake or ice cream...

skullkrushers 35.5X12, 45.5X10, 55.5X6, 55.5X4
triceps pressdown 90X12, 100X10, dropset 105X8, 95X8, 85X6, 75X6
DB curls 15X12, 20X10, 25X8 :)
standing ez bar curls 35.5X12, 45.5X10, 50.5X8 hard....
Felt like a good workout.
Busy day, no second cardio..

Things I did right on Friday:
1) sat and enjoyed the company instead of enjoying cake & ice cream
2) resisted the urge to have gravy on my green beans (feeling alittle sorry for myself not having mashed potatoes)...
3) Got all my meals in!
