Friday, plummeting...

A good workout today, but I can feel muself plummeting into depression again. I am calling my doctor today and getting back on anti-depressants. Anyhow, here was today's workout:
Legs and shoulders
Squats
warm-up 95X10
moderate weight 105X6
weight acclimation 125X4
heavy sets 130X6, 135X6 tough but felt god
Deadlifts form felt more natural today
warm-up 95X10
moderate 105X8
heavy sets 130X6, 130X6
seated calf raise
warmup 70X8
moderate 85X8
heavy 100X6, 105X6
seated military shoulder press
warm-up 45X10
moderate 55X8
heavy 65X8, 75X8 80X6 (did an extra set because i hadn't hit the peak yet)
db side lateral
moderate 15X8 smooth
heavy 20X5, 20X5 still very tough
weighted crunches
12lbsX15 3 sets same
drinking my shake. Pushing myself to continue on in a normal manner and not sit down and stop moving, not dwell, not mull, not fall any further and especially not go crawl into bed and sleep the rest of the day.....
