Friday Leg Nite 8/10

Had an awful headache, but managed through - it didn't seem to worsen when pulse rate increased (yay) Supersetted much of the sets :)... BB1fit gave me info on doing bootstrappers - man, I couldn't figure out if I was doing them right! Noone I asked seem to know what they were (there wasn't exactly a lot of knowledgeable people there on a Fri nite to request info from). I did do what I thought were bootstrappers, but I have not included them here as I think I goofed em royally. I wasn't able to do squats either as it was the only machine busy and damn, it was getting late so I substituted.
