Well, maybe not THAT great, but feeling pretty good todAY!
AM cardio - 45 minutes step aerobics
Workout
ARMS
closegrip bench 110X12, 120X10 dropset 130X8 110X8 80X8 50X8
skullcrushers 35.5x12, 45.5X10, 55.5X6, 55.5X6
tri pressdown 90X12, 100X10, dropset 105X8, 95X8, 85X6, 75X6
incline db curls 15X15, 20X10, 20X10
standing ezbar curls 35.5X123, 45.5X10 50.5X8 better today
Cardio right after - 30 minutes intervals on tread mill, incline 1 - 2 and incline 5-6, worked in a few running intervals, too :)
Food today:
7:15
1/2c oats
2 scoops whey in crystal lite w/tbsp oil
10:00
1/4c rice
5 oz chicken breast
1:00 PWO shake
3:00
5 oz chicken
asparagus
at 6:00 I wil have
5 oz extra lean beef
asparagus or broccoli (haven't decided yet :) )
and at 8:30 or 9:00 I will have
2 eggs, 4 whites
tbsp oil
Things I did right today:
1) worked out
2) step aerobics
3)hmm. ate clean
Kind of a dull day, but a good workout and kind of hyper....
