A little tired and cranky, most likely PMS..Confirmed by the fact that I took my daughter to see "Bridge to Terabithia' and couldn't stop bawling.

AM cardio - aerobics dvd (Kathy Smith) 25 minutes

before cardio I did abs:

crossover crunches with 3 lb db's - 3 sets 15 to each side
double crunches 3 sets 20

No lifting today!

PM cardio: 35 minutes recumbent bike

Friday's food:

6:50
1 egg, 5 whites
pico de gallo
1/4c steel cut oats, smart balance, sugar twin brown sugar
coffee

chicken breast
green apple
1/4c walnuts

3:00
leftover shepard's pie


6:40
burrito bol:
1/2c rice
1/4c black beans
chicken
salsa, corn salsa
lettuce
FUZE slenderize

(cardio)

9:00
1 scoop casein in water

Things I did right on Friday:
1) got green tea and ate NO POPCORN at the movie.
2)did my second set of cardio, though I did NOT want to.
3)Hmmm, I guess I need to go over my gaols and affirmations again - I feel like I am slipping a little.
