Friday - Cardio only today.
AM cardio - Step interval w/Susan Powter

Pm cardio 30 minutes recumbent bike, low intensity

Friday food:

isopure, coffee

2 slices brown rice bread
smart balance light, pineapple jam on one slice
1 egg, 3 whites, coconut oil for cooking

12:15
1 1/2 Zone bars (on the run)
diet coke

FACIAL _ HEAVEN!

last of the sweet potato/squash and chicken tagine
1/3c old world pilaf

7:15
homemade chicken fingers (WF ranch, shake n'bake)
oven 'fries'
WF BBQ sauce

(cardio)

9:30
1/2c cottage cheese

Things I did right on Friday:

1) Did my second cardio session, even though my knees were stiff and sore (it actually helped)
2) Didn't skip lunch when running short of time.
3) Had a facial (reward), wow.
