Friday was good day! My workout went really well.
5:30am omelette with ff cheese, onion, mushrooms, egg, egg whites, sausage.
7am workout
front squats/wide grip seated row
lying hip ext with leg curl/barbell push-press
dynamic lunges/upper body russian twists
pwo shake
lunch - turkey, avocado, lettuce and mustard on double fiber wheat bread.
snack watermelon and 2 ducksticks
dinner bbq hoisin chicken (really good, will post recipe soon), rice, small ear of corn.
snackies...corn chips! (watching a movie..)
