5:30am 2 slices health nut bread, natural peanut butter, 1 large apple. lowfat vanilla yogurt. Coffee.
6:30 -7:30/8:00, a little longer because I lay around relaxing for a while after stretching.
deadlifts/incline presses
split squats/pull-downs
romanian deadlifts/lateral swiss ball rolls
8:25 PWO shake, same as yesterday
11:15 large bowl of lean beef & bean chili, dollop of sour cream
2:15 2 chicken thighs, 1/2 a large cucumber
6:20 leaner version of 3-bean hotdish, cauliflower with ff cheese.
8:00 Sf FF pistachio pudding.
