Walked the dogs twice again... I am having some kind of stomach issue, don't know if it is a bug or a reaction to supplements... a little dehydrated and not leaving the house more than necessary today!

The heat is making it hard to eat, but I did alright today:

6:30 1c kashi, 1c plain yogurt

9:30 myoplex lite

12:00 tuna (1 can), ff mayo
plum tomato, 2 slices ff mozarella
2 slices high fiber bread

4:oo tri-o-plex bar

7:00 small coleslaw and a chicken breast


if i am up much longer i may have some cottage cheese.
