Surprise at the gym - showed up and there was a multitude of new equipment all over the place. Hammerstrength stuff - I've heard some good things about this type of equipment! woohoo. Can't wait to start using it! Unfortunately, I was unable to get a workout in as there was no room to do anything (There must be at least 15-20 new machines) So I will take a forced rest day and look forward to working out with new toys as soon as possible!
