So this is my first post in the journal, this was actually for yesterday. Thanks everybody for your support so far and I hope this will just give me more. Ok here is what I eat.

6 am: 1 whole egg, 7 egg whites, 2/3 cup oats, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, splenda
9:30 ish am: 1 can tuna, 1 Tbsp light mayo
11:30 am: 6oz chicken, 3/4 cup brown rice, 3/4 cup green beans or some other veg
2 pm: Protein bar 290 cal, 9 g fat, 31 g protein, 23 g carbs
3:30 pm: Apple
4:30 pm: 2 scoops whey protein
6:00 pm: workout
7:10ish pm: PWO shake 1 scoop whey protein
7:40ish pm: 6oz chicken, 3/4 cup brown rice, spinach with light Italian dressing
9ish pm: If I?m hungry maybe 3/4 cup cottage cheese and a few pieces of pineapple

Its pretty close to what you had helped me with and I try to eat at those times. I may switch things around but working at an engineering office I do pretty good.

My workout is this:

5 min warm up on elliptical.

Squats
DB Bench
Step back lunges
Lat pull down
Dead lift
Shoulder press
Sit ups
Back extension
