feeling better!

Did 30 minute hill program on the elliptical, stretched and am feeling pretty good!
I have an appointment with the podiatrist tomorrow for my foot pain (I always have sore feet...), I also have a client in the morning, so my workout will be late... I plan to do a total body workout because this week was so off. next week i will get back to the freetrainers plan, restarting with the workouts i was supposed to do this week.
