I'm starving.... I woke up 1 1/2 hour ago and I haven't had anything to eat yet but some fat burners and 1 liter of herbal tea. It's not that I don't want to eat, but I've been working on the computer all morning and I didn't realize how fast the time passed by.
Right now my oats are cooking.
I was hungry last night as well, only had a protein shake for dinner around 7pm and some aminos and CLA at 10.
I need to eat!
Anyway, I did a little bit of training yesterday night as well:
Pull Down 1x12 1x10 3x8 1x6 (HEAVY!! luckily I had hook grips on...)
Back extensions 3x10
Tricep extensions 1x20 2x15 1x12
Tricep over head cable extensions 3x10
AND the funny thing of the evening (you look like a frog!!):
JUMPING SQUATS 5x10
It reeeeaaally hurts but is soho efficient! (o;
