after a full week off i was ready to get back to stuff. this entry will say 2/22, but this is for 2/21...
chest/shoulder supersets
• set 1
incline db press:
12 x 35s, 10 x 35s, 8 x 35s
with
seated db press:
12 x 15s, 10 x 15s, 8 x 15s
(already feeling completely toasted at this point...)
• set 2
db bench press:
12 x 30s, 10 x 30s, 8 x 30s
with
seated lateral raises:
12 x 8s, 10 x 8s, 8 x 8s
• set 3
db flat bench flyes:
12 x 10s, 10 x 10s, 8 x 10s
with
bent over lateral raises:
12 x 8s, 10 x 8s, 8 x 8s
did some ab work but i was having sharp chest pains when i would sit up so i stopped. i am debating a trip to the e.r. tomorrow, but that will interfere with my plans to go to the beach. i know i'm stupid, no need to tell me.
