Day ONE of new FT program
well I can't wait for June 1st. I admit it.. my 14 y/o has used up all the patience I was given for my lifetime. Who knew when they were little that it was limited.. I used it freely.. but I digress.
I started a new progressive gains program.. first up, chest and abs.
Smith Machine Incline Presses
10 x 20 (+bar?)
10 x 30+
4 x 40+
6 x 35+
Flat Bench Dumbbell Flye
10 x 15
10 x 20
8 x 20
Galileo Chest Press - I don't know what weight the numbers equate to?? Couldn't budge the stack at #5 though.

Decline Barbell Presses
12 x 30 (+bar)
12 x 30+
7 x 40+
Abs..
2 sets of 12 oblique crunches on Hyperextension Platform w/10 lbs
2 sets of 10 seated leg tucks ... SLOW.. OW...
Came home and did 20 minutes HIIT with the doggie.
