Day 3 week one Sully Plan

Wednesday I did cardio and abs..


Okay - today was ruff. Legs still wonky and not cooperating. Went to th egym anyhow and tried, LOL. Anything that was pretty much pure hamstring was fine. Anything involvong the quads too much was sharp burning tearing pain and a no go!

Sully plan, day 3, week one , phase one

So - warmed up 5 on the elliptical

A Stiff-legged deadlifts 185X10, 205X8, 215X6, 225X6 PR 185X10

B1 Lying DB leg curls 40X12, 40X10, 45X8, 45X8

B2 Feet high leg press 360X12 and that is all she wrote, the plate wouldn't go up the second set even when we dropped the weight dramatically - ouch!

C High Step ups (areobic step with 5 risers, I think)

1st set bodyweightX15, 2 sets of 10'sX12 really slow, really torturous "nothing in the tank" as my trainer put it.

D Seated leg curls
100X15, 120X12, 120X12

We skipped the calf presses (that was accidental, by the time I realized it i was riding th ebike and said 'screw it, it hurts')

I did 15 minute son the upright and then did a LOT of yoga stretches.

So - not a good day for my ego or my legs or wahhhhhhh

Food has been good - a little light - I was running around all morning, helping my Mom take the dog to the vet and then we took the dog to visit my Dad at the nursing home - he said it was the best Valentine's gift ever He is doing okay - looks really gaunt because he is not eating enough. This is my Dad who has always been an imposing figure, 6'1-2", big guy, Big bass voice...he is 145 pounds now. hard to see, but his spirits seemed good today and he was very happy to see Bella, his puppy.

ummm 5 cajun fries darn it, figured I better fess up. BUT - my hubby got me chocolates and until ON says I can have one they are in the freezer and a definite NO-NO so I hope that makes up for 5 cajun fries.... probably not.

My sweet potato is baking right now and I decided I am going to have this for my carb up meal (in about 20 minutes):

1.5c oatmeal w/1/2 tbsp butter, cinnamon, splenda
1 10 oz sweet potato, baked, w/ 1/2 tbsp butter
asparagus
and a banana for dessert

Not the worst but not the best day - short on veggies and long on cajun fries (say it with a Louisiana accent...sounds better)
